Appleton Residents Directory is a private reference that describes and links to public rolls, indexes, and historical collections concerning Appleton, Wisconsin. It does not host government records and is not affiliated with Appleton, Outagamie County, Wisconsin, any court, library, agency, or records custodian.
2. Acceptable Use
Use the service and any information reached through it only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
